故事，是折叠过去与未来的一种铺陈方式。成都人显然很早就洞悉了故事的真义。所谓“摆龙门阵”，一个“摆”字活灵活现地把讲故事人的情态表达了出来。不是说，不是聊，也不是侃或吹，而是“摆”。
有人说，“摆龙门阵”就是成都人的“赋”，是一门古老艺术的日常体现……的确，“摆”是铺陈，将曾经的事情陈放在共同生活之中，也将想象中的事情尽情演示出来，类似摆放、摆摊、摆谱。
这次在桐梓林社区进行的故事工作坊“白话龙门阵”，将围绕故事的寻找、分享、倾听、书写等一系列活动，鼓励社区居民的参与。“白话”就是口头言说，是大家听得懂的话语。在社区做故事工作坊，社区居民就是“讲故事的人”，也是最恰切的倾听之人。
